Spring-ratchet wing nut

So, anybody know where I would find something like those really cool wing nuts that Red supplies--the ones with the spring-ratchet in it? I need a couple of those for my follow focus unit (Redrock) to work on Red. The wing nuts that Redrock provides interfere with the Red rods, so I can't tighten the follow focus to the 15mm rails. I believe numerous other people thought about using a Redrock follow focus with Red. So they'll run into this issue too. I'd need a larger diameter nut than Red uses for its systems. And I don't think I've ever seen those at Home Depot.
