Wow.. that's shocking... the last time there was made a "Best scenerio schedule" I had my hopes up for June. But maybe now somewhere at the end of april?

Lol...so many people just itching to get their hands on this! The RED team is doing an amazing job keeping up with this sort of demand.

I'm actually a bit confused about the delivery schedule now. According to the FAQ,

2001-2700 begin shipping in May
2700+ begin shipping in June

I bet the reservations today are at least in the high 3000's now or even 4000, so how could someone who orders a RED today receive it by May? Has the schedule changed?

In the FAQ, they would have shipped 500 camera's in April, Jim just said a "Yes" to more then 500 in april. More could be 600? 700?

I don't see people posting with camera's around the 4000.

After May 2008, RED should be available for immediate shipment.
That is my speculation.

I do give him a break.., just the good feeling I had for thinking for a view hours that my red would arirve here next month was kinda cool.. thanks Jim.
The disappointment only lasted a couple of minutes. It was an unrealistic hope, they are already doing the impossible, producing so many camera's every month.
Especially when you think of it that they never did this before.
