Our editor is cutting a short we shot on Red last week, we tested the workflow from FCP to Redcine via RedTrip (thanks for that app !!) and it works all fine with 4K proxy files in FCP.
Problem occurs with 2K proxies (4K and 2K shot in 2:1 Redcode 36), importing them and playback in the canvas viewer looks fine, but as soon as we move it into the timeline (setting is Redcode with 1024x512 px) the clip plays back in solid green. we tried to use H,P and M proxies but they all behave the same way. We also generated new proxies with Redalert, but it didnīt help
Itīs FCP 6.0.2 on Leopard with QT 7.3.1 (reninstalled via Pacifist) on a Macbook Pro.
Anyone experienced this ?
Any clue to work arround ?
