Hi,

Running latest Leopard and QT on Intel Macbook.
Footage 4K 2:1 and some 2K 2:1 shot on build 14.

If I drag QT proxies into compressor to batch create media I get an error saying that REDCODE has forced Compressor to quit.

Looking for a quick way to render out a batch of material to QT files for offline.

Any thoughts? Workarounds (more than one clip at a time).

REDCINE is not an option as it does not work on MACBOOK.

Thanks,
David

I can not believe nobody from the RED team has responded here.

OK.

This seems to be an audio related issue!

QT without audio render fine.

Manual resync time.

Bummer.

Is this going to be fixed anytime soon? Like by the next big release being announced.

Update!

I reinstalled the QT component for FCS and also the QT component and the files with audio (no one light) do render out of compressor now.

if I duplicate the problem I will definitely make sure to provide details to the RED team.
