Here is a photo of what I ordered.
I have a few things that I still need and the Nikon mount is on back order.
More to come.

The Case is a Calumet WT2175 catalouge number RM2455K.
It just fits the 18 inch rod.
I will post a list of the parts that make up this set up if anyone would like.
I will be posting the other two cases with the equipment in it's places that I will be using for location shoots and rentals.
The two other cases are much larger and hold everything I have for the camera.

cool thanks thats a nice compact case. I looked up the dimensions. I'll probably do something similar. lightweight case then the full on professional case. photos of other cases would be awesome. thanks

Congratulations! But man... those cast parts... urgh...
It does look a bit like the cast parts didn't get their final finish...didn't Jarred mention a new casting method that should make things look ...well...not so grey?

Here is how I solved my problem attaching the lcd.
I am using the 9" arm and the left handle. I remove the angel adjustment and the arm threads onto the rod clamp then I unscrewed the handle itself and treaded under the lcd arm.
Works great.
