We have three editing bays and on the Imac we are missing the Export modual that is on the other Mac Pro's It must be something simple?

In other words, along the bottom we have the Project, Timeline Stills Markers, Audio, Export, Status but no Export box with pre sets etc?

I have a 48 fps shot inserted into a 24 fps sequence in Premiere... which works fine. The problem is when I export the XML to Resolve which wants all clips at the same rate. The only way that I can think of dealing with this involves rendering to ProRes first but I want to preserve my R3D sequence in Premiere.

So can somehow conform my 48 fps shot to 24 fps and still have an R3D to work with?

I upgraded to the latest version of RedcineX Professional this morning and I am currently rendering a few files without my rocket card because its out on a hire job the next few days and a client needs a couple of preview files.

There seems to be happening something very strange with the rendering times, I am currently rendering a clip that according to redcine has 16413 frames and I am converting from 5K footage into 1920x1080 Apple ProRes 422 LT, redcine is giving me an estimated rendering time of 9 hours and 30 minutes remaining !!!

While shooting, the camera would freeze and the stop button would not be working anymore and... We recently had a music video shoot with my Scarlet-X. While shooting, the camera would freeze and the stop button would not be working anymore and the only way to power down the camera would be to shut down the power either by holding down the power button for some time or disconnecting the battery.

Disconnecting the battery resulted in better camera behavior after powering back up for some time. After doing this we would check the footage on the redmag card by playing it and it was no problem to play back. Then all the footage was imported into redcine-x.

Most imported okay but the files where we had to shut the camera down are not showing as offline and we could do nothing with them. Transferring the data to several different computers resulted in the same issue with these footage showing as offline until we got to my own PC which showed we could see the files as online.

When viewing Red-One footage in RedCineX or the RedPlayer I am able to move the slider ahead by hand to advance rapidly, but with Scarlet footage the image will not advance smoothly or at all. I can only use the fast forward option, which is too slow.

Is this possibly because I am using older versions of those two programs? They are both 64 bit, Build 14.21633. If so, how can I get the upgraded versions, and will that solve the problem?
