Hello

I have a project with mostly HDRx footage in 5K, system has 2RR's both in native PCIe 16x - try as I might I am not getting over 21FPS decode, single RR caps out in about 12FPS in 1/2 resolution decoding.
I tried both Davinci and Redcine-X neither can sustain Realtime playback - is this normal?

Single exposure plays back fine in 24fps even with single RR card in 1/2 resolution

The rest of the system
GTX680 2GB
24GB RAM
OSX 10.8.2
Decklink 3D Extreme

Thank You

They are still kicking @$$ on Mac Pro > CUBIX and rMBP > Magma.

I am considering a used one with no warranty left or (if when) a BT ROCKET.

Is the state of the current ROCKETs doing well?

Has anyone noticed an increase in dead/problematic ROCKETs of late?

Just looking at my options here.

I have a RR card and mLink R Thunderbolt chassis. I love it and highly recommend it.

My question is the there a "refresh devices" or similar command in RCX? If I decide quit RCX and open it later I have to restart my entire computer to get RCX to recognize the RR card properly.

Unfortunately if I just simply unmount the card by unplugging the TB cable and then replugging it in it doesn't work right.

Any easy work around?
