Hi Mathew, just an additional note, it might be worth you contacting support just in case there's an additional cause. Re: the graphics card, the ATI 4870 would be a good upgrade. It's a little bit...
Hi Mathew, this might be down to the X1900 as unfortunately it's an unsupported card. This would affect playback and also exporting.
thanks,
Dan
Cool. We'll keep you posted. :smile5:
Hi Kemalettin,
Earlier in the year we announced our aim to deliver the next major release of STORM in the Summer. We’ve made great progress but our development path is taking longer than we expected...

Hi Tim, we haven't tried this so can't say that it's supported I'm afraid. When you run this setup with RedcineX, do you to configure it, or does it detect both cards in the background and know to...
Hi Eric, if you could that would great, we're always interested to hear feedback. :smile5:
thanks,

Hi Eric, although we are now supporting the 1.4.7 drivers and firmware (so that users don't have to reflash when switching apps) there's currently no Epic support I'm afraid as it's scheduled for...
Hi Greg, unfortunately not for Storm 1.0 I'm afraid, but it is coming, I promise! Epic support will happen in Storm 1.1v1. This current release will help prevent users having to reflash their RED...

Hi Dave, I believe Daniel in support is following up with you. The screenshots will help greatly in helping to diagnose the issue. It does seem a bit odd that card is available in REDCineX but not...
