Much as I love the field of view and general look of the Duclos / Tokina 11-16, this camera has got me on a sharpness quest it can't fulfill... Nikon 14-24 should have me covered. Will be interesting...

Playing with the curves with impunity far beyond what the colour EPIC allows is a drug too... very addictive.

Point of note though - a lot of the 'drama' in these images comes from the custom IR...

I'll have an experiment with what vimeo will accept - i have 2.5k versions of a lot of my stuff here for apple display playout :)

There's all kinds of challenges Eric - making stuff pay is just one of them.

To take a look from the clip in viewer and paste to many selected in bin or timeline, just use alt-1 to copy, and command-1 to paste (use 2,3,4,5,6 for the other paste buffers, you can have several...

Got it - 'other' future notional upgrade paths is the concept I had missed :) Cheers Brent. I was most concerned about the potential for a camera to be tied up long term or other unforseeable stuff.

I guess some anxiety may be coming from the 'executed' terminology... I had taken that to mean that the upgrade was a one time offer - i.e. pay up when its your turn or miss out.
