Cine Gear is not really a camera show. It's more grip, lighting, and camera support stuff. The only camera company that has been there in the recent past has been JVC (and only with a small booth).

The duplicate reel thing is not Build 15 related. We have test footage that we shot and recorded to our hard drive with two A001 reels and we haven't upgraded yet.
