A short story i shot for Ford/Ripcurl on the famous Ripcurl Pro held at Bells Beach, Victoria, Australia.
A super fun shoot, although a very manic one...we only had a couple of hours with each...

⬆ What Mike said. If thats not an option, 3 suction cups and magic arms work for a 5d, you will get some vibration/shake even on smooth surfaces. (A ratchet strap helps remove a little vibration)

We used a mixed bag of lenses on this, 24mmL, 16-35L, 70-200L, 11-16, Nikon 35 & 80mm and Leica R 50mm.
No sharpening, just a slight curve in CS5.5.
I've disabled my auto white balance for this very reason.
