It is at the seller's discretion who s/he wants to sell to.

Standard practice is to either sell to the highest bidder or the first person to actually buy.

And a little reminder: When a deal seems to good to be true, it usually is.

In any online dealing, watch out for red flags, for example: low post number, newly registered member, dodgy stories,...
