Noah, your working with premiere cs6, get SpeedGrade, it has a great workflow with adobe for muxing your shots and grading them...
I've used it couple of time so far with 2 epics on side by side rig...

I just came up with an idea, I started the camera while in the chopper and engine running ... lots of vibration..
maybe its because of that !! the 2 other days I was there I started the camera...
