If you can try to keep your batteries and any LCD/viewfinder slightly warmer, they'll be more efficient. Also, do a black calibration on the camera at its idle working temperature.
In Key mapping - SETTINGS > SETUP > KEYS, you can set any of the other buttons ("A" for example) to "Navigation: Select".

Hey Mikael, unfortunately it isn't possible to have the camera trigger magnify while rolling. Personally I am quite fond of the "Focus" tool while rolling... similar to peaking. :)
Have you tried to reseat the mount yet? Also, Wouldn't be a bad idea to try "Rediscover" in the Maintenance menu and/or reloading the cameras firmware.

best practice is to remove REDmote and Side Handle when upgrading. LCD is ok.
If you can get the camera to write a log file, definitely do so and email it to me.

When attempting to roll back, are you doing a "force_upgrade" (preferable in this instance), or just a standard "upgrade"?
Can you also try to "restore" the camera to the factory...
We have verified the "SYNC" light turning red with 720p selected. We'll be working on a fix and push it out as soon as we can.

The blue TC is a general indication that there has been an error.. did you see any other errors displayed on the RED onboard monitor? Send us a LOG to RED Support along with a clip name...

Definitely file a support ticket and send us a log file. With that sort of artifact consistently showing up, I think we should take a look at that camera.

This is still a known characteristic that we are addressing. The fix didn't make it into 2.0.8.
