Our Epic (#473) has landed at Sugino Studio. We are still in the testing phase. But unfortunately, we are not in the rental business it will be used solely for in house jobs.

You may need to compromise your frame rate to eliminate the flicker. If you shoot at 100fps you should see better results.

Download and reinstall Red Cine, Red Alert, QT plug-ins. With most recent versions.

Are you trying to view 4k footage shot at 16x9? It was problematic in build 15 but I'm not sure if it's been resolved.
