Hi Steve,
Sorry, this is not a supported scenario. If audio is in the R3D, we can trim it or remove it, but we can't add audio into an R3D during post production.
Can you submit a support ticket with the log files? Not currently aware of any crashes.
That is a typo on the web page, it is the release version.
Which version of Windows 10? I just installed and tested it with on build 1909.
Can you take a screen shot of the error and submit a support ticket?
If you have a RRX, it will work with all Dragon footage.
Check your Preferences->General page in RCX and see if you have "Verbose Logging" enabled. If so, unckeck it. It will not only create a large log file, but also impact performance.
The ADD button has always used BT.709/BT.1886. To have your own color space and transfer function settings applied, you will need to select ADD during a normal export.
It was in the beta 4 thread. Phil mentions running dual Titans in post 3 of that thread.
It is supported in RCX 51.
Hi Andreas,
To get the full resolution of the source material you need to set the combo box above the viewer to "Full". This does a demosaic to full resolution. Then when the combo box to the...
It’s a bug classification

Probably too much detail for our release notes.
You can only trim the length of an R3D. Trim means to export just the section of the R3D you want. If you want to crop the frame size or export another resolution, you need to export a non-R3D file.
Hi Mark,
With Legacy, the settings are under the Image:Look panel as you point out. For IPP2, there is a color space and gamma for the viewer (Monitoring), which is located under: Edit ->...
Hi Emmanuel,
Can you file a support ticket and include a trimmed R3D and RMD that reproduces the issue you are having so we can investigate?
If you file through support, then a ticket gets created to track the issue. If you post in on the forum, no way to know how soon it will be seen. If you can provide some specific repro steps, we can...
Thank you to everyone for providing details on how to repro. We are able to repro the two issues:
1. Exit full screen and aspect ratio is incorrect.
2. Viewing on secondary monitor shows incorrect...
It was released yesterday.
To reduce latency on a TV, enable game mode.
If you want your SDR to look good, you need to manually turn off HDR otherwise they map SDR into HDR to avoid a mode switch. Current HDR displays don’t have much in the way of calibration for HDR....
There is a VV Mg Canon Mount. I bought one when I received my VV. There are VV OLPFs too.
Dolby is a superset or HDR10. Same PQ curve, but full 12-Bit support and and a defined tone and gamut mapping algorithm used across all DV devices, not some half baked solution from the display...
It coves Otus down to 28mm just fine, but does not cover the Canon 11-24 very well. Maybe 16mm and higher, I forget.
They are using BT.2020.
Some notes about HDR10+. It is not frame accurate like Dolby. There is latency. Dolby is 12-bit while HDR10 is 10-bit. PQ was designed for 12-bit.
The Dolby Pulsar is a 10-bit panel, not 16. It can simulate 12-bit by using dual modulation. The FSI is listed at $45K. Given just how expensive the Panel is from Panasonic, EIZO is not going to be a...
