What David W. Jones
Well at least you are here now - and have (in between some of my snarky comments) access to some of the best shooters out there (see David Mullen ASC above) who are very generous with their time and...
You bought the camera... and then asked the question?
Loved the story - loved the style!
Thanks for sharing.
Yeah all of my shots with the lens cap on and the ISO cranked exhibit the same 'issue' - drives my director nuts! But when I remember to remove the cap, shoot at 800iso, and run with a recent...
Which OLPF does it use? Could you also share with us your exact camera and post set-up?
***Sorry - I'm just feeling a little punchy...
When will we see the larger street vendor doc?
Seems strange - when our cameras were in for Dragon upgrades just before & during N.A.B. ( a very busy time) we had updates and communication from both out Bomb Squad rep, and the RMA support team.
I can't imagine how tough it would have been for the singer to lip-synch... backwards. Looked cool.
Thanks Will for putting this together!
Will Robert Ruffo be there?
$2,800 Canadian or roughly $2,300 U.S.
This PL mount macro lens has been lightly used in our studio environment, shows no signs of wear, and is in 'as new' condition. It's a great lens for...
AndreasOberg - try this app:
It's a 'Flicker Free' calculator that will let you know which lamp will give you flicker free at a certain FPS, &...
Tungsten will flicker at certain speeds / shutter angles, until you get above 5K in 50Hz countries (Like say... Sweden). Unless you run them off DC power.
In the end - rent an HMI.
Generally a 5K Tungsten globe is fine at higher speeds - the filament doesn't have time to cool between power cycles. That T5 does eat a lot of power; you'll need a 50 amp circuit to make it work....
Yeah - not talking long term storage, the cameras are in use 5 days a week. They barely cool down, before we start them up again; so moisture buildup inside the safe is a non-starter. Especially...
Pretty much what I thought - Everything is insured; but why risk the hassle of having to make a claim and replace everything?
Moisture isn't going to be a problem - the safe would be locked overnight, but I shoot every day; so the door would be open from call to wrap 16 hours or more.
I have a studio - out in my backyard - secure building, where I shoot and keep all of my gear. Over the years I've had these brief moments of panic that someone would break in and...
After visiting their website yesterday... that little drone (by way of cookies and ads) has followed me all over the 'net. I see the ads popping up all over the place.
They will sell boatloads -...
http://keepvid.com is what I use - never had any trouble.
Resides on the web, not your machine - so OS independent
Gives you multiple resolutions to choose from including source...
The new Mole Senior LED fresnel - I think it pulls 900W but throws 5K equivalent? When they release I'm getting 2.
Anyone need a REDRocket card 1st gen?
Oh I'll be there = of course.
I thought maybe he was posting screen grabs from a new .0001K camera.
