Hey Ken Willinger, What FD glass did you use to shoot that? Any pictures of your setup on the camera? That FD looks great. Can you label which shots where done with what glass?

Windows, there is no good reason to use OSX.
What we need is Adobe to get their "Adobe Next" out so once and for all that can be true. It's too cheap/easy to build power in the Windows world.

Agreed but it should be getting pretty close in the width.
I think it's 30mm x 15.8mm which is getting close.
Awesome Jarred can't wait to hear what you guys think. 10 bit also is pretty impressive if it is really giving us that.
I like Adrians calls they are pretty on. I only call on the Movicam glass because they where used to shoot "Aliens" I don't know about you but I think "Aliens" has that definitive classic taste to...
If you want the definitive look, you should find a house and rent a set of Movicam Prime lens. Otherwise I'd shoot K35. I want to use Movicam on my up coming feature. You might have to go to some...
Sony is pretty darn smart. I think they will figure out how to get this all to work. Mind you maybe the major reason they have not released too much detail. Regardless...the damn PS4 could play...
Anyone out there with Moviecam Primes? I still love the flavor they add to footage. My favorite Prime Lens out there!
Basically the glass used to shoot Aliens.
Forget 4K at 120fps...I just want it to make me a sandwich! :yesnod:
If you guys want features that the Scarlet does not have get an EPIC stop complaining. RED has and always will take care of its loyal customers. Just enjoy the fact that they are being so...
Hummm...
Makes me wonder where the old Prague beta RED ONE camera is at. It certainly had a lot of it's pictures floating around here a while ago.
This seems way off topic. So I posted it here. I know there are few people like Elon Musk or people that can even be compared. I've seen a lot of hating on his work lately mostly with Tesla. ...
It was not finished in 4K so no point.

This sums it up.
I am pretty sorry but the movie sucked. I really don't know how to nicely put that. I can be critical of the film in detail if I wanted but I could go on constantly almost in every scene. The...
Agreed David, but I think RED is actively doing something about this via REDray and their Laser Projector. A 4K projector for less than 10K that does 3d with passive glasses? That should replace...
Go for it Jim! I RED has always been fair to other cameras and being honest. I think RED likely is the best choice because of how transparent you guys are and honest. I do agree...Only 4K and up...
I thought that was the point of Quad HD?
I really don't care, because I doubt most anyone will get to see it at 48FPS 3D. Right now I believe the only way to view material that way is on IMAX screens. That is for any wide spread solution....
Here is a video to show you the implications of whats happening to your sensor...

Hey Jarred,
Any word on 4.5K to match RED ONE?
Thanks!
I saw these as well.. The 3D lens on them looks to have Panasonics 3D logo on them.
The body themselves are no question RED inspired, they look like older prototypes. For all we know the...
I've watch almost every film I can that has been filmed and pushed to IMAX DMR since The Dark Knight, and sadly no film regardless has looked as good as the 35mm or the 70mm I saw there. It was just...
I can watch 2K, cheaply....

I have this monitor gives me a nice Quarter Rez on anything RED 4K.
Awesome! Can't wait to see it Jarred Thanks!
Hey Guys,
I just noticed this, pretty sweet! You can see it solidly just after 37 seconds for a few seconds on the left hand side while the shot is under Atlantis!
