So I just graded a rally doc trailer in resolve, and needed to export a 4kHD timeline, so I went with Cineform's codec. But it seems to pull up the gamma way to much, like it's applying...

You need to bring the files in through the Premiere Media Browser, not File>Import, find the folder, and you'll be able to directly import the r3d files through there.
