I bought a super thin 24" Vizio from Target for $199 just for client previews and its worked out great. It does 1080p. I also got a mount so I can lock it on a c-stand. It's nothing I would use for...

That's awesome Timur, thanks! Unfortunately I have the older Macbook Pro with no Thunderbolt port, just expresscard34.
Thanks Bob, I appreciate the feedback.
My main concern here is offloading quickly on set. I won't be doing any DIT work (Im a DP), so it's only for transferring files, backing up, and moving on as...

Thanks!

I have a Nikon 9000 and it's really incredible. It will do 35 and medium formats. It won't do 4x5 though. I use VueScan with it to really get the best scans, or you could also use Silverfast. The...
Agreed, we also just bought a Zephyr with the HD monitor. Can fly a fully loaded Epic with no problems at all!
Several shooters recommended to me to shoot with a 1/4 CTB filter in front of the lens to help alleviate this issue. I just got my filter so I've yet to test it.
This is the one I got in 1/4 CTB...
