it triggers just fine, as soon as i load 4.0.6 no more trigger, every time.

i've experienced the same frustration on a shooting
and a friend quickly emailed a preset file from the US
it saved our day.

So i did a quicky test of a 4.0.3 preset...

It would be a little too difficult to explain the sequences like that but
i've pm'd you a message on how "force_preset" outputting
menus to hdsdi monitor for controlling menus via Side handle.
