Unfortunately , I don't use Adobe Premiere Pro only Resolve and Redcine-X so I'm afraid I won't be able to help with that one, sorry.

Nope, But you can decrease the intensity of a lut in Resolve and export it to be used in Redcine-X.
Here is the sample image from Phil Holland I always use in resolve with a 5000 Kelvin...

And to verify, you are creating a "BIN" to put your clips in and not just putting them under "Project". Also you are selecting that BIN before using "Bin(all Clips)"?

It worked perfectly for me. And, if you look at all the clips you applied the preset to, they all have the Creative Lut from the original clip applied to them.

2) Next, under the "Creative 3D Lut Manager" area Click on the "White Triangle" to open up the dropdown...
