There is no need to power down.
Shane, under Preferences/General there's a check box for 'Show Advanced Controls'. Once you tick that you'll see the full list of color space options in the Look tab.
If you still have the source clips on the mag I would try playing them back from the mag, then copy them again if they look ok. If the mag has already been formatted I would perform a Secure Format...
What happens when you try to use RedUndead?
Have you tried to Secure Format the media on camera? I've had that work when a normal format didn't.
Sorry I didn't see your post before you shipped. I hope there's nothing seriously wrong with your camera. For reference, when I performed the force restore the fan cycled on an off repeatedly up...
You need to hold the power button down for 30 seconds for the 'force restore'. I had to do this with a camera recently when it was exhibiting similar behavior to what you described.
I experienced this, but only when I had 'Verify in Pairs' enabled. My thought is that the multithreading was the issue because I wasn't using a RAID and the stall happened after the halfway point in...
This primer details the basic methodology you should be using when setting exposure.

That looks like a compression problem. You should contact support and send them a log file. You're using beta software, so that could be the cause.
I don't see a way to remove the laptop from the equation, but you could configure R3D Data Manager to auto-start copying when a mag is inserted and auto-eject when finished.

I'm not sure what you mean. Calmaps reference different calibrations. Selecting the calmap should recall the calibration.
You can create a calibration that works with factory settings (shutter speed falling within the normal range) and a calibration that works with a shutter speed outside of the normal range. You should...
If you're recording raw your white balance adjustment is just a metadata setting that will be applied in post. It does not affect the image being recorded, so any concerns about lens behavior are...
Thanks, Manuel. Which master clock are you using to jam the Lockits?
Glad you're back in business, Adam.
I don't know of a reset. Maybe someone from Red could chime in.
I'm curious what folks are using in situations where three or more cameras (Epic or Scarlet) need to be triggered simultaneously. Redmote with master/slave via GigE is only viable for two camera...
If the tab itself was deleted:
Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select 'Add New Tab'.
Click the gear icon again and select the new tab you created.
Right click within the new tab...
Adam, if you can't recreate the issue by playing back the files in camera or in transcode the corruption most likely was caused during the transfer. It's also possible that there's something funky...
What codec and wrapper are you selecting in your export options?
I don't know about the person you're referencing, but high frame rate acquisition and projection was being done decades ago - on film.

It could be a drive problem or a corrupt file that's causing a chain of errors. First, I would enable 'verbose logging' in RCX Pro Preferences / General. This will ensure that errors are written to...
What benefit would this provide in a proper grading environment?
