You probably changed the frame rate in the camera in the wrong place. It thinks your in Euro land, 50hz tv's and such. Instead you should have used the varispeed menu.

You can fix it in AfterEffects by interpreting the clip as 23.98 or 29.97 depending on what you need. Or in Redcine force the project to 23.98
