Is there a way to pay the whole amount so I can add it to my shipment?

Once you take delivery of your camera, you can then do "Buy It Now". I will have Hoover get you an update on your order as well...

Once your account shows that you have taken delivery of your camera, you will see a "Buy It Now" button next to all in-stock items on the RED Store when you log in. You pay all up front and it ships approx 3-5 days after we receive payment.

Hey Brent, what is the procedure for finalising the order? I have a series of accessories etc. on order, but I already know it's not complete. At what point do I fine tune all that and at what point is it too late to alter/add anything? Would like to avoid multiple orders if possible.

Remember the cable for the red brick too. Just read it's not standard delivered with the red brick.
