according to these specs, it has some input options i could conceivably wrap my little budget around.
A little indy fool could put on a pretty respectable film festival by setting up a mac pro in the booth with a dvi out, and show a film at 2k...or even get the appropriate hd-sdi card and go one better. Put your film on the three extra internal drive bays—stripped together for read speed—, and you've got a means of quick and dirty 4k local distribution for under $4,000
There is a muvico near baltimore...maybe i should keep my eye on them.
