Media Layer is necessary for working with Red footage. Is this an oversight?

Also because the Edit module is included, conform is also part of this package right?

    Tony,

    from the website:
THIS CONFIGURATION IS INTENDED FOR EDITING AND COLOR GRADING 4K MATERIAL. IF YOU REQUIRE DAILIES REVIEW OR CONFORMING, RECOMMEND THE DAILIES OR CONFORMING CONFIGURATION. IF YOU REQUIRE FURTHER FINISHING, RECOMMEND THE FINISHING CONFIGURATIONS.

(Sorry for the "screaming", I copied the text from the site...)

    Hello Frederik,

Whats your point? "SCRATCH software configuration for color grading of 4k RED ONE material and other data-centric motion picture imagery" - also copied from the site, no mention of media layer extension.

    Hello Tony,

My point was that you also asked about whether or not conform was part of editing. It is not.

    Cheers,
    Fredrik

    Hello Frederik,

Just seems a bit confusing to me. The bundle contains the Edit module, which offers conform and other functionality. Maybe they edited the Edit module!
