quick fluid head question

I'm on a budget here and in the market for a fluid head, I'm looking at a Ronford Baker F15S, can anyone recommend this or have any comments on it? It would be for basic use, for more technical/extensive shoots I would rent most likely, but for now unfortunately I can only afford an older used head, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
