    Hello,

I have had this problem now with the last 3 downloads of Redcine, under the Film Looks tabs, for Saturation, Alchemy, Grain, etc, they are not available and the warning "Not licensed for use" appears on their place????? I have uninstalled Redcine and re-installed several times, not just update, and still the same problem. How can I fix this? I'm on a PC.

I'm having the same issue with a clip loaded. I'm running build 21.30042 and the auto checker says I have the most current build available.

If that's the case, RED needs to update the latest release.

21.3 (aka 21.30689) is the latest 21 beta. There were some auto updater issues for Beta builds in the previous rounds of beta. The latest version can be downloaded here: https://www.red.com/downloads?release=beta

I have now downloaded the above build 3 times in a row, install/uninstall/repeat, and I continue to get the same problem. All filters are disabled, it says "Not licensed for use" and then I get a message saying "One of the filters needs an update, download latest update?" I click yes of course, and then it says, "no updates are available"...

    So what I can do?

    Rudi,

Can you go to the Help menu and get the full version number you're running from there? Also, are you on Mac or Windows?

I got the same thing. Everything 'not licensed' when I opened the updated RCX.

Opened it again, this time from the Finder (OSX) by opening an R3D and selecting RCX as the app to open it.

Everything previously unlicensed was back to normal.

    Go figure...

If you roll back your PC clock to, say, December 2012, it might work.

    But please, RED, fix this.
