So sometimes you could save a bit of time by giving such note earlier to the begging masses out there...

Looking ambitiously forward to build 16 now. Be sure, 16 will not be lost during NAB for a very simple reason:
Many of us can't attend NAB (me too, unfortunatley) and so all we get from the show is hype infos and maybe some info on 16 or maybe, even 16 alpha/beta, wow. Then all we can really take hands on is 16. From the rest we had to dream for a while, but 16 is going to become a hands-on experience. It'll not be lost nor overseen...

I really appreciate that Build 16 will provide the opportunity to combine the RedOne's on board evaluation tools, like the histogram, with the RAW image data to provide more precise empirical feedback instantly.
When we were limited to the rec 709 data there were times I had to shoot quick test clips and use RedAlert or RedCine in order to eval the footage without the rec 709 transform. While this only took 5 minutes with a lapper it was still an extra step.

I think it's related to the IR issue, where the camera can see through clothing.
