I've been super happy with my Movi + Epic Dragon + Ultra Primes + easyrig setup. It's great to see it adopted on productions of this caliber.

I'm wanting to get one of these (or some reasonable facsimile) very soon. We have a real low budget feature shooting this summer and the Movi would be great for it, especially as the DP will be operator anyway on the A cam. Really adds some fantastic production value.

Epic was always meant to do things other cameras couldn't.

Nice to see one of the most watched shows on television make use of that Red design -- rigging pulleys in the trees, floating handheld over ravines.

Great stuff, Jarred... I can only hope the Carbon Dragon filmed the fight sequence between Oberyn and The Mountain :)

Travis, do you find it difficult to shoot at "head height" to actors with the MoVI/Dragon/Easy Rig setup? I recently shot a commercial with MoVI and EPIC (ultra primes), and the underslung configuration of the rig made it a challenge to hoist the lens high enough while running.
I've considered pairing MoVI with an EasyRig to help with the weight load, but I assumed that the actual extender arm from the top of the EasyRig would inhibit the operator from raising the lens higher than chest level.

Would love to hear your experience with the EasyRig/MoVI.

    Thanks!
