    Hi there,

I think all these new red cameras are fantastic. I am about to shoot this short with an HVX + Mini 35 adaptor + the cheapest lenses I could hire from Panavision....

It's an outdoor shoot.... and I think it will be overcast...

Has anyone experienced these conditions with this sort of set up?

Did you need to throw some lights in there?

    How does it go?

    any advice would be appreciated

    It will work fine.
Just don't stop down the lens to much if you have a longer lens, you will get a rotating grainy picture. I would bring something to bounce a little light into eyes of people. You might experience some slightly darker areas around the frame if you don't zoom in enough. Otherwise it is a working set up.

200/202 + Mini35 will struggle if it's overcast but you should be okay.
