    Hi,

We just started using a demo license of Scratch and after a few days it's really starting to grow on us. I do have a newbie question, right now when I load R3d files into Scratch they come up with a very dark a srcewed up looking LUT. Not a problem as I can manually load the RedLog lut provided by RED and that fixes it but, I have to do this for every single shot. Is there a way to have redlog and camera RGB as a default for all the clips I load? (So I don't have to manually do it for every shot)

    Thanks

    Sarah

    Hi Sarah,

You should really address this to internal support at ASSIMILATE so we can all help you. Work with whoever set up the demo license for you offlist so we can resolve this.

It sounds to me like you potentially have a Build/Rednode mismatch.

To answer your redlog/RGB question - just load REDLog as a 3D LUT into "LUT." That should be it. CameraRGB is the default space when loading R3D.

    Cheers,

    Lucas
