What accessoirs make sense to be ordered and why?

Please write down your expieriences what parts are useful and what parts are very special? What additional stuff (other companies) do you recommend to use with the red?

I was shooting without evf cause there were no available. I shot with two monitors and it worked fine. Is there something that i missed without the evf?

What other parts should be ordered to get a good ground set?

Pretty much impossible to answer as it depends entirely on what you're shooting. You need the body, a lens, some power and a recording medium for sure, the rest is up to you.
