I can't post replies, or edit. whada?

I seem to be able to start a new thread, but then I can't post a reply to it.

It says I'm not "allowed" or whatever.
It would seem that if I can post a new one, I should be allowed to reply to it, or even edit the first one.

Any ideas?

Log-out an back in.

Restart browser.

Clear cookies.

Restart Inet connection and\or computer.

If none of these help, talk to moderators.
