Camera Ambassador is a Chicago based camera rental and production facility. We are looking for a full-time rental manager who would be an integral part of the team, leading from previous experience. The ideal candidate is looking for a long term position and is interested in not only personal growth, but helping the company grow as well.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to book rentals, check-out rentals, and check-in rentals. This includes in person and on the phone
Troubleshoot, repair, clean, and maintain various types of camera equipment
Assess damage to equipment and communicate with customer to resolve problem
Organize and maintain the rental tech work area, and camera equipment storage
Manage schedules and roles/responsibilities of team members/techs
Delegate and assign tasks to team members/techs

Exceptional customer service skills
Prior rental house experience - specifically in management a plus
Extensive camera knowledge - shooting, maintenance, and repair
Extensive experience with red and arri cameras
Honest & reliable
Works well independently
Good communicator
Natural Leader
Able to efficiently handle multiple tasks
Detail oriented
