    Jessica Jones being shot on Red Epic.Just saw the set photos online.I think Netflix embraces Red epic so well recently.

    Whoa. This looks fantastic. I do get put off by comic book labels but this looks much more interesting than your usual bullshit infantile superhero rubbish (Batman excepted!).

    I recognized Krysten Ritter right away but what's funny is that I have never seen a single show or film with her in it. Weird, huh?

    It seems to me that the minimum standard for Netflix these days is 4K. Rightly so. If independents are establishing 4K as a minimum standard, then there is no reason for big budget productions not to do so. I will even bet that 16mm will live on while 2K digital becomes obsolete (for professional applications).
    Good production values may not be noticed. Bad production values will be.

    I despise edgy "adult comics" even more than childish infantile ones, but this one at least well shot.

    Why? People grow up and the comics they held dear as children get a new life in tackling more adult themes.
