What kind and model number is everyone using with Scratch for waveform and vector? Tektronix? We currently use the SDI out of the Nvidia 5600 SDI to a JVC flat panel 24".

    best regards,

Thank you. Do you know if this system, OmniTek, makes a performance hit by being an internal card as opposed to a standalone external system on the output signalfrom the Nvidia card to the monitor? I have the feeling that Scratch in a Boxx system is squeaking by on real time viewing as is.

    Best regards,
    Gary

You don't put an Omnitek card inside the Scratch computer. You run an Omnitek on its own computer (most users buy it as a turnkey system), with its own display, and feed it via HD-SDI, preferably dual link.

I understand. Thanx again. I just came on board here and I was told it was a turnkey system from scratch and boxx that is suppose to work right out of the box. Although I have had to spend a lot of time just getting things to work and come together out of the box. It must have been a different version of turnkey that I have not seen over the last 30 years. :-)

Tomorrow I have to send the Boxx back to them because they forgot to install a fan which makes the other fans very loud and very high temps showing in the bios setup.

    I appreciate your help.

    Nothing is simple anymore.

I assume LMS is Louisiana Media Services? If so, please tell Jordan that Mike Most says hi.
