    Hi Doug,

GRAB engine has about 1 ~ 2 second latency, it also send H.264 compressed video.
Cinegears 900S and 500S is designed for live streaming and live video recording. you can use iPad, IPhong, Laptop to receive video and record video.

You don't get LUT support or the ability to capture video on a laptop via USB 3 (GRAB engine) like the Bolt series. So in that regard, if that's a client concern, then you would need a Teradek. Although, Paralinx doesn't have these either so I see these as a luxury feature.

I can also confirm that the 400m sends two discrete channels in stereo without summing into mono, even when converting from an SDI source to HDMI out. Could be very useful for a director to patch into a monitor and have channel separation.

I should be getting a 150m soon to test and confirm it works on that set as well.
    Thank you Doug,

Yes, it is a very usefull information.

I personally like the 400m, it is all around unit. the build in quite fan can protect the internal electronic part from humid environment. SDI input Loop out, smaller size, automatic Chanel selection, led screen helps at dark environment, 10 bit 4:4:4 out put....

OH I love it too! Just not a lot of people need 1500 feet of range plus the added expense. Yea, i you can swing it, get the 400M, but if your budget is tight, the 150M will probably outperform a lot of the offerings from the competition.

However, I must say that on a recent shoot I did, the 400M was transmitting where every other wireless system was not. Even my sound guy was having issues. The 400M has been rock solid. Wish it didn't have to leave my side. Plus, it just looks bad a**!

you would think 300 feet is enough.. but i found out on my last big project where we used a paralinx arrow plus, AND a Teradeck Bolt 300, thaht we ran into problems hiding video village and keeping signal, the Bolt was better but not by much. I was considering the Bolt 600.. but this seems better.. whats the warranty like on these units?
and yah if we can get the 400m for $3500 im in
