    Hi

Just ordered the SmallHD 702 via Chris and his GB. Probabaly picking up the Woody Directors Cage.

Earlier in the year I had been looking at the smaller Paralinx products.

What are you guys using for wireless feeds to Directors Monitors? Not looking for massive distance.

    Thanks

I recently got one of these

Absolutely love it so far. I may have to say the best transmitter I have ever used. A couple people sell it. I would stay away from Cinegears as their customers service is not great. But the product is excellent.

These look great, do they cross convert? For example Hdmi into the transmitter and sdi out of the receiver?

I understand the motivation of the design was to allow for any size monitor.

this was more of what i was talking about, so the thumb drive sized transmitter just plugs into the hdmi output and gets power, or you need to use the usb port as well for power, that might be perfect for the jetpack expander!
and how do you power the receiver?

also, the design of the monitor cage is great, no director i know wants to be lugging around a port a brace on their shoulder, they want to be handed this, watch the shot and hand it back and direct the talent. we used to just have rig something up like this from grip equipment. believe me, directors love this.
not sure what you meant by killing gear?
