Hey guys, this is my problem:
I'm working with R3D files + external recorded audio and using Plural Eyes 3.5 to sync them.
What happens is that after I've "passed" the R3D files through PE, when I import them into Premiere I just can't see the Red Source Settings in the Master tab.
I've uploaded 2 pictures that ilustrate the problem: one of them shows the file imported directly from the media browser and we can see the source settings for the R3D,
the other one was imported from a Plural Eyes XML and it doesn't show the settings.

Has anyone ever had problems like that?
    What to do?
I'll try chatting with Red Giant as well.
    Thanks for any input.

I have the same problem and have a ticket with RedGiant to try to solve it. Have you tried it with PluralEyes 4? Seems like if I unlink it in the sequence, it's possible to "reveal the clip" in the project and you can do the source settings in the browser, but this is a pain.

You have to re link the footage to the original after syncing. Plural Eyes creates somekind of proxy that points to the original, but totally work.
