When I export QTs from Red Alert I am getting a lot of noise. I have tried adjusting settings to work around it but I cannot fix it. I have tested different Denoise, Debayer, and OLPF settings but nothing seems to fix it. Does anyone have any ideas?

On the "Output" section have you set the Process to Full?

Then I would start moving the Quality settings up from Normal > High > Maximum > Lossless until it smooths out.

How about the specific codec inside the Quicktime? Using H.264 is a relatively safe bet but you might want to try JPEG 2000 as well.

This doesn't look like noise, but like banding. What codec are you using in QuickTime?

    Regards,
