Thats exactly what im hoping for.

There is something magical about 135, which is why really hope that is next.
The Otus Cine set only has 4 slots in the case. I'm not sure if that means anything. Hopefully it wont be the last one.

    A 18mm 1.4 would be really useful , but a 21mm 1.4 would be ok too .

A 21mm f/1.4 would round the set out enough to make it properly usable. I hope they go that way. Their 21mm CP.2 (based on the original contax design as I understand it), is basically my favourite lens ever - it's just a magical piece of glass (even after I sold my CP.2s and moved up to the CZ.2 zooms, I missed it so much I just had to buy another).

That same pedigree and image quality with an added two stop of speed would be an exceptional achievement - and I'll throw all of the monies at it necessary to acquire just such a lens :)

But a 35 after the 28? Don't you think people would be disappointed and tend to skip it? I probably would.

I think it's probably the most used focal length in photography so would get a lot of traction.

On the subject of Otuses, does anyone else have an issue with the Zeiss gears loosening/undoing themselves when used in conjunction with a remote focus unit?

I heard at least one friend complaining about the same issue...
