Figuring out workflows for Epic-W, but this applies to everything.

I'm curious what folks are using for data management and file transfers? I had success with R3D Data Manager in the past, but it looks like that company isn't around anymore.

    Something with checksums is important.

Have been using ShotPut Pro with good results on smaller/personal projects.

Our go to DMT/DIT swears by SilverStack, however!

    For commercially available tools:
    - Pomfort Silverstack
    - Shotput Pro
    - YoYotta ID

Otherwise, you can roll your own but most non-DITs would prefer an easy interface.

Gunleik also has a solution called GAMP

I used Magic Bullet OFFLOAD, though will move back to Shotput or SilverStack soon. I dig offload and it's lack of options (perfect for making sure data is safe), but sometimes it takes soooooo long because of its verification. I think the others can do the same quality verification but faster now.

I used to use R3Data manager too, but now use Hedge. The non free version is great and really fast too. When I bought it was about $50, well worth it in my opinion.

DoubleData is from the same people as R3Data. I am not sure they are around anymore. I have this software too but there have not been any program updates in a very long time.

I also have Offload. Its very simple with a great graphic interface, but its by far the slowest copy software I have.
