Hello helpful friends,
I'm trying to use my 7'' Marshall monitor in addition to the red LCD. Am I correct that I need to get an additional conversion box to go from the HDMI out on the camera, convert to analog, and than go out to component in on the monitor? I would hope that isn't true. Thanks for the help.

What inputs does your monitor have? If it doesn't have HDMI or HDSDI, then you'll need a converter of some kind. If it has component HD, then you could get a box that breaks out the HDSDI into component HD.
