I'm sorry to post but I've actually tried to solve this with you since day 1.
When I ordered my camera (2 years ago) it was in the name of one of my companies. When it was ready for final delivery I had started a new business. I asked if it was ok to change companies and it was. Arrangements and info was exchanged. So it was bought by the other business I have and then when the camera was delivered the invoice was still on the old one :waaa: .
Now I've been in contact with Travis several times about changing it without any progress. Then now when it was time for the delivery of the EVF. I was in contact with Brian instead (you were working non stop and he had to step in). I addressed this issue with him and he said he would sort it out and shipped together with my EVF. Unfortunately it was misunderstood and the only thing that happened was that I got the invoice for the EVF with the new company address.
So please contact me and help me sort this out because my accountant is on my case by now (after all it is $40.000 that's unaccounted for).
PS I want to add that I understand that you guys have full on and can only imagine the chaos you have with all these orders. So this is not a blaming game I just need to be able to sort this invoice out.
