    Hi everyone
    tried to order a RED system only for it to reject my card (nothing wrong with it). When I try to sign into my existing account it tells me I don't exist and when I try to begin a new account it tells me I have an existing account and should sign in!! Can't win.
    Anybody have a solution to this and are others suffering similar problems? I know there are some Store site probs but most seem to be able to purchase, even if they're not getting confirmation etc.

    Chances are that the transaction has gone through even though it says it was rejected. Don't keep trying, because your card will just be charged again and again.

    Thanks Elf, let's hope so! In fact I hit it twice. But I'm fairly sure it has been rejected, sadly. Find out tomorrow I guess. I've left a message with Bruce but I'll e-mail him now. Cheers.

    It seems RED reserved the deposit on my RED Prime set twice (i am POSITIVE I only clicked ONCE), I am sure it will be figured out in the end.

    Any update when we'll get confirmation e-mails? I had trouble ordering this morning too: got charged more than once. I called my credit card and cancelled the other charges though.

    I still can't tell if my order went through since I can't check my account on the website. I don't need to know the order/serial number just confirmation that I didn't completely screw up my order. Thanks in advance.
