Focus assist in build 16?

Just upgraded to build 16 v3.2.1 and I do not have the focus assist mode that outlines objects in a red line when they are in focus.
Forget what it is called, but is it in build 16? If so where is it?

The RED you can turn on when you turn off colors...

I found it, edge in color under the video menu!
