Hey, all. Thanks for any thoughts as I work through something that has likely been discussed before. First, I'm wondering if I am missing something in the "search" options, as I'm sure many of my questions have been discussed before, but I can't seem to find anything on them. Is there a special archive that old posts get moved to?

Anyway, my question is simply this:what are people using for an on-set director's monitor? HDMI monitors seem to only come in computer monitor-type: is anyone using those? The only promising HD-SDI options I've seen for monitoring is the Marshall (V-R70 and V-R104). Anyone using something else? Anyone using a converter to scale down to SD for monitoring?

    Thanks!
