Shooting with red in brisbane?

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you guys with Red cameras down here in the great south east (QLD, Brisbane to be more specific) would be up for having a tag-long AC. I've had a play with the camera but nothing substantial. A friend wants me to DP a couple of shorts for him and we are leaning, well falling, toward the Red One. I would love to get some more on set time with the Red, seeing it in action and seeing how you guys light for it and avoid its pitfalls and dalliances with dreaded IR.

So if its at all possible I would love to come out for a day or days of shooting.

Hi Lachlan, my Red should be here in September. If you're still interested in September, you'd be welcome to come along. However, since this is a steep learning curve for me, it may be a case of the blind leading the blind.

Sounds good bodhi, lol. I wanted to order a couple last year but could not drum up the funds. I should have just order the thing and the prayed to god to come through with goods.
